Alpha Dhabi Holding bought back 200,000 shares on 24 September 2026 at a weighted average price of AED 7.64, for AED 1,527,475.02, under its ongoing buyback programme.

Alpha Dhabi Holding P.J.S.C, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange under the ticker ALPHADHABI, reported the purchase of 200,000 shares on 24 September 2026 at a weighted average price of AED 7.64, for a total value of AED 1,527,475.02.
International Securities LLC was the broker. The company’s general assembly approved the buyback programme on 12 January 2026, and ADX approved it on 3 March 2026.
Cumulative purchases under the programme stood at 12,011,635 shares with a total value of AED 91,639,917. The remaining value intended to be purchased for the entire programme was AED 908,360,083.
