Borouge bought 1.2 million shares at an AED 2.387 average on 25 September, lifting cumulative buybacks to about 1.04% of issued capital.

Borouge PLC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange as BOROUGE, reported a treasury-share buyback print for Friday, 25 September 2026.
According to the post-buyback disclosure filed on ADX, the company purchased 1,200,000 shares, equal to 0.0040% of issued capital for the day, at an average purchase price of AED 2.387 per share. Al Ramz Capital executed the trade.
Cumulative purchases now stand at 311,847,109 shares, or about 1.0375% of issued capital, with 439,595,181 shares still remaining to be bought under the authority’s approval.
The form dates both the board’s buyback decision and the competent authority’s approval to 7 April 2025. Chief Executive Officer Hazeem Sultan Al Suwaidi signed the disclosure on 25 September 2026.
The filing does not announce a change to programme scope beyond the daily and cumulative figures disclosed for the session.
