Tabadul is ADX’s mutual market access network and lists 11 exchange members. Investors in Iraq now have a direct route to securities listed on ADX, while Tabadul participants gain access to the Iraqi market, which ADX put at about USD 21.7 billion in market value as of August 2026.
The platform settles in local currencies and is designed to avoid dual listings or separate custodianship. ADX said Tabadul now spans more than USD 1 trillion in combined market capitalization, about 700 listed companies, and more than 11 million registered investors across markets including Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Muscat, Astana, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Southern Africa, and Iraq.
Group chief executive Abdulla Salem Alnuaimi said bringing ISX onto Tabadul gives investors a clearer path to trade Iraqi companies and supports Abu Dhabi’s role as a regional trading centre. ISX executive director Ali Jamal Amin called the go-live a milestone for cooperation between the Iraqi and Abu Dhabi capital markets.
ADX also said Tabadul trading value has reached AED 13.5 billion so far in 2026, already above the full-year 2025 total.
