Lulu Retail Holdings PLC (LULU) said on 30 September 2026 it has opened a new Express store in Kalba, Sharjah, expanding its retail network in the UAE.
The store spans 1,275 square metres and is designed for everyday shopping, with fresh produce, grocery essentials, bakery products, ready-to-eat meals, beverages and household items, according to the company’s ADX disclosure.
The group said the opening forms part of its strategy to expand across high-potential locations through Hypermarket, Express and Mini Market formats. It described itself as the largest pan-GCC full-line retailer by selling space, sales and number of stores, operating 287 stores across the six GCC countries and serving more than 680,000 daily shoppers.
