ICBC lists USD 713m dual-currency green bonds on Nasdaq Dubai
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China listed about USD 713 million in dual-currency green bonds on Nasdaq Dubai via its Dubai DIFC branch, with strong oversubscription on both tranches.

Nasdaq Dubai said it has welcomed the listing of about USD 713 million in dual-currency green bonds issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited through its ICBC Dubai (DIFC) Branch under the bank’s USD 20 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.
The issuance, themed “China-Arab States Renewable Energy Cooperation”, comprises a USD 300 million three-year floating-rate tranche priced at SOFR plus 35 basis points and a CNH 2.8 billion fixed-rate tranche, about USD 413 million. Proceeds are to be allocated to carbon neutrality, renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects.
The USD tranche was oversubscribed 3.8 times with an order book of USD 1.2 billion, while the CNH tranche was oversubscribed 3.5 times with an order book of CNH 10.0 billion. With the listing, ICBC’s outstanding bonds on Nasdaq Dubai across four issuances reach USD 4.24 billion.
According to the exchange release, Nasdaq Dubai’s total outstanding debt listings exceed USD 143.9 billion, with ESG-related issuances at USD 27.5 billion.
