Etihad Energy Holding PJSC, listed on Dubai Financial Market under the ticker ETIHADENERGY, said Mr Zeyad Mahmoud Fateh Ali Abdulla Alkhajeh has resigned from his position as a board member effective Wednesday, 2 September 2026.
