IHC to buy 80% of Marlan Space via International Tech Group
International Holding Company said its wholly owned International Tech Group SP LLC is acquiring an 80% stake in Marlan Holding RSC Ltd, the holding company behind Marlan Space, subject to regulatory approvals.

International Holding Company PJSC announced on 8 September 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, International Tech Group SP LLC, is in the process of acquiring an 80% stake in Marlan Holding RSC Ltd, the holding company behind Marlan Space, subject to regulatory approvals.
The majority acquisition is intended to expand IHC’s technology portfolio into deeptech and the new space economy, adding a platform spanning satellite infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and space technologies. Marlan Space is a UAE-based investor-operator focused on next-generation space capabilities and infrastructure.
Through its joint venture with U.S.-based Loft Orbital, Marlan Space established Orbitworks, described in the disclosure as the Middle East’s first private space infrastructure company. Based in Abu Dhabi, Orbitworks designs, builds, tests and operates satellite systems.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions, according to the disclosure.
