IFA elects new three-year board; Al-Selmi named chairman

International Financial Advisors Holding’s ordinary general assembly on 10 September 2026 elected a new three-year board, which then named Saleh Al-Selmi chairman and Rami Habli vice chairman.

International Financial Advisors Holding Co. K.P.S.C, listed on Dubai Financial Market under the ticker IFA, said its ordinary general assembly met on Thursday, 10 September 2026 and elected a board for a new three-year term.

Elected members were Saleh Saleh Al-Selmi (non-executive); Laila A. Al-Ibrahim (non-executive); Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment, represented by Jassim H. Zainal (non-executive); Manaret Al-Ofoq Real Estate Co., represented by Rami A. Habli (non-executive); and Al-Bab Trading Co. W.L.L., represented by Waleed A. Al-Wazzan (independent). Reserve members named were Mawared Al-Ofoq, Masader Al-Ofoq, and Mohammed Fadel Al-Sabaa.

In a separate disclosure the same day, the board met at 1:30 p.m. at company premises and formed its leadership: Saleh Saleh Al-Selmi as chairman; Rami A. Habli (Manaret Al-Ofoq) as vice chairman; and directors Jassim Hassan Zainal (Arzan), Laila Abdulkareem Al-Ibrahim, and Waleed Ahmad Al-Wazzan (Al-Bab, independent).
