New Development Bank lists USD 1.75bn 2029 bond on Nasdaq Dubai
New Development Bank listed a USD 1.75 billion three-year benchmark bond maturing in 2029 on Nasdaq Dubai, with an order book above USD 3.2 billion.

Nasdaq Dubai said it has welcomed the listing of a USD 1.75 billion three-year benchmark bond issued by New Development Bank, taking the bank’s total listed value on the exchange to USD 3.75 billion under its USD 50 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The bond carries a coupon of 4.375% and matures in 2029. Demand was led by Asia Pacific (65%), EMEA (32%) and the Americas (3%), with a final order book exceeding USD 3.2 billion, or about 1.8 times the issue size. Investors included central banks and official institutions, banks, fund managers and corporations.
Nasdaq Dubai said the listing forms part of NDB’s strategy to mobilise long-term capital for infrastructure and sustainable development across BRICS and other emerging economies. The exchange reported USD 143.9 billion in outstanding debt securities.
