Ekttitab postpones capital-reduction timetable pending government steps

Ekttitab Holding postponed confirmation of its corporate-action timetable for a capital reduction because government procedures are not complete, further to a 20 July 2026 disclosure.

Ekttitab Holding Company K.S.C.C, listed on Dubai Financial Market under the ticker EKTTITAB, issued a supplementary disclosure on 14 September 2026 postponing confirmation of its corporate-action timetable.

Further to a disclosure dated 20 July 2026 on amending the timetable, the company said required government procedures were not completed, so approval of the capital-reduction timetable could not be finalised. The timetable date will be postponed until those procedures are finished, and the company will announce the confirmed date after obtaining the required approvals. The filing stated there is no financial effect.
