Empower approves AED 437.5m H1 interim dividend at AED 0.04375/share

Emirates Central Cooling Systems (Empower) approved a semi-annual interim cash dividend of AED 437.5 million for the period to 30 June 2026, or AED 0.04375 per share.

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC, listed on Dubai Financial Market under the ticker EMPOWER, said its board passed a resolution by circulation on Monday, 21 September 2026.

Directors approved a semi-annual interim cash dividend for the period ended 30 June 2026 of AED 437,500,000, or AED 0.04375 per share, representing 43.75% of paid-up share capital, in line with the dividend distribution policy approved by the annual general assembly on 19 March 2025.

The timetable sets last entitlement on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 and record date on Thursday, 1 October 2026. The disclosure was signed by Ahmad Bin Shafar, chief executive officer.
