Sukoon Takaful PJSC disclosed to Dubai Financial Market the results of its Board of Directors meeting held on 23 September 2026 at 12:30 at the parent company Sukoon Insurance PJSC head office in Deira, Dubai, and via Teams.

According to the filing, the Board approved the half-yearly underwriting performance report as of 30 June 2026 and the company management mid-year action plan on the actuary’s recommendations. Directors also approved the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Charter and reviewed general business operations and other matters.

The letter was signed by Group Board Secretary Rana Attieh and copied to the Securities and Commodities Authority. The disclosure did not publish numerical underwriting figures.
