Dana Gas board ratifies Q2 2026 results after reviewing Egypt, UAE and KRI ops
Dana Gas’s board met on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, with 10 members present and a 90.9% quorum, ratified the Q2 2026 financial statements and reviewed operations in Egypt, the UAE and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Dana Gas PJSC disclosed the results of its board of directors meeting held on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, from 11:05 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Ten board members were present and a quorum of 90.9% was achieved. The board reviewed the progress of the company’s operations in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
In addition, the board ratified the Q2 2026 financial statements and considered other routine matters, according to the disclosure form.
The authorised signatory was Omran Al Zamani, Board Secretary. The form is dated 24 September 2026.
