According to an ADX disclosure dated 25 September 2026, the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC (ADPORTS) will adopt a circular resolution at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday 30 September 2026 to invite the company’s general assembly to convene and consider amendments to the Articles of Association.

The move follows the company’s receipt of a notice from Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC — a wholly owned subsidiary of L’imad Holding Company PJSC — of its intention to compulsorily acquire all remaining shares in the company under the applicable squeeze-out provisions.

The disclosure was signed by Emil Pellicer, General Counsel, with a copy to the Capital Market Authority.
