Alpha Dhabi Holding P.J.S.C, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange as ALPHADHABI, reported a share buyback print for Friday, 25 September 2026, under its ongoing repurchase programme.

According to the post-buyback disclosure filed on ADX, the company bought 130,000 shares at a weighted average price of AED 7.64, for a total value of AED 992,300.00. The trade was executed through International Securities LLC.

Cumulative purchases now stand at 12,141,635 shares valued at AED 92,632,217, with AED 907,367,783 still remaining under the full programme envelope.

The form cites AGM approval on 12 January 2026 and ADX approval on 3 March 2026. Group Chief Financial Officer Fadi Sleiman signed the disclosure.

The 25 September print follows Alpha Dhabi’s 24 September buyback of 200,000 shares at the same AED 7.64 average, underscoring a steady day-to-day execution pace at similar price levels.
