Invest Bank files updated Articles of Association after GA approval

Invest Bank P.J.S.C has filed an updated Articles of Association with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange after the general assembly held on 25 March 2026 approved amending the bank’s articles by special resolution.

The document states that the bank is a public shareholding company licensed and supervised by the Central Bank of the UAE, with its head office in Sharjah, and cites Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2021 on commercial companies and Federal Decree-Law No. (6) of 2025 on the Central Bank and the regulation of financial institutions and insurance business, as amended.
