NMDC Energy board backs AoA change to raise board size to seven
NMDC Energy’s board approved by circular resolution on Friday, 25 September 2026, a proposal to amend the articles of association to increase board membership from five to seven, and invited a general assembly on 16 October 2026.
NMDC Energy PJSC informed the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange that its board of directors issued a resolution by circulation at 6 p.m. on Friday, 25 September 2026.
The board approved a proposal to amend the company’s articles of association to increase the number of board members from five to seven. It further resolved to invite the company’s general assembly to convene on 16 October 2026 to consider the proposal and, if approved, to elect two additional board members.
