Space42 bought 875,000 shares at an AED 2.2733 weighted average, lifting programme totals to about 0.634% of issued shares.

Space42 PLC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange as SPACE42, reported a share buyback print for Friday, 25 September 2026, under its ongoing repurchase programme.

According to the post-buyback disclosure filed on ADX, the company bought 875,000 shares at a weighted average price of AED 2.2733, for a total value of AED 1,989,160.75. The trade was executed through International Securities LLC.

The print lifts cumulative purchases to 30,200,490 shares, or about 0.634% of issued shares, while the day’s purchase represented 0.018% of issued capital. Shares still earmarked under the full programme stand at 88,818,503.

The filing cites AGM approval for the programme on 8 April 2026 and ADX approval on 13 August 2026. Chief Financial Officer Andrew Cole signed the disclosure.

The form does not change the programme’s stated scope beyond the daily and cumulative totals disclosed for 25 September.
