Al Khazna Al Alamiya Holding PJSC told Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange that its board appointed Ahmed Saeed Alkharoossi as chief executive officer at a meeting on Sunday 27 September 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Directors also appointed Mohamed Hussein Hamtou as board secretary and approved the minutes of meeting No. 3 of 2026. Enforcement proceedings against Al Khazna Tower were suspended until share-capital increase procedures are completed.

Abu Dhabi — Al Khazna Al Alamiya Holding PJSC (ADX: AKIC), formerly Al Khazna Insurance Company, told the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange that its board appointed Mr. Ahmed Saeed Alkharoossi as chief executive officer at a meeting held on Sunday, 27 September 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

In Results of Board Meeting No. 4 of 2026 filed with ADX, the company said directors also appointed Mr. Mohamed Hussein Hamtou as board secretary (rapporteur) and approved the minutes of the previous board meeting (No. 3 of 2026).

The board discussed the legal status of lawsuits and ongoing execution proceedings filed by and against the company. With assistance from the strategic partner, enforcement proceedings against the property known as Al Khazna Tower have been suspended until procedures to increase the company’s share capital are completed, the disclosure said.

Directors also discussed certain routine matters. The filing was signed by Board Secretary Mohamed Hussein Hamtou, with a copy to the Capital Market Authority.

The results follow AKIC’s earlier ADX notice that the Sunday session would consider appointing a chief executive, naming a board secretary and reviewing active lawsuits — an agenda Capital Wire reported earlier on 27 September.
