Space42 PLC said it bought back 875,000 shares on 28 September 2026 at a weighted average price of 2.2684 for a value of 1,984,824.37, according to an Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange buyback form. Cumulative purchases stand at 31,075,490 shares, or 0.653% of issued shares, with 87,943,503 shares remaining. International Securities LLC was the broker.

Cumulative purchases to date stand at 31,075,490 shares, or 0.653% of issued shares, while today’s purchases equalled 0.018% of issued shares. Shares remaining under the programme total 87,943,503. The form cited ADX approval for the buyback on 13 August 2026 and approval for the share buyback on 8 April 2026, with International Securities LLC as broker.
