Aldar Properties PJSC announced on 29 September 2026 that it generated more than AED 5 billion in sales across the launches of Talay and Yas Riva Reserve, coinciding with Abu Dhabi hosting the inaugural LIVEX. Talay is the first residential community within Marsa Al Saadiyat, and Yas Riva Reserve is a gated waterfront community northeast of Yas Island. The filing said 54% of buyers were first-time Aldar customers.
