Alpha Dhabi Holding P.J.S.C purchased 400,000 shares on 29 September 2026 at a weighted average price of AED 7.82 a share, a day’s purchase valued at AED 3,124,626.33, according to an Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange buyback form. Cumulative programme purchases stand at 12,741,635 shares valued at AED 97,348,853, with AED 902,651,147 remaining. International Securities LLC executed the trade.

Alpha Dhabi Holding P.J.S.C (ALPHADHABI) purchased 400,000 shares on 29 September 2026 at a weighted average purchase price of AED 7.82 a share, according to a post shares buyback disclosure form filed with Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

The day’s purchase was valued at AED 3,124,626.33. International Securities LLC executed the trade. Cumulative purchases under the programme stand at 12,741,635 shares valued at AED 97,348,853, with AED 902,651,147 remaining under the intended programme value.

Shareholders approved the buyback at the annual general meeting on 12 January 2026, and ADX cleared the programme on 3 March 2026. The disclosure was signed by Fadi Sleiman, group chief financial officer.
