Talabat Holding PLC bought back 3,750,000 shares on 29 September 2026 at an average price of AED 1.127 a share, according to a post share buyback announcement filed with Dubai Financial Market. The highest price that day was AED 1.130 and the lowest AED 1.120. Cumulative programme purchases stand at 147,000,000 shares, or 0.63122% of issued capital, at an average programme price of AED 1.130.

Talabat Holding PLC (TALABAT) said it bought back 3,750,000 shares on 29 September 2026 at an average purchase price of AED 1.127 a share, according to a post share buyback announcement filed with Dubai Financial Market.

The filing put the highest price paid that day at AED 1.130 and the lowest at AED 1.120. Under the programme, cumulative purchases stand at 147,000,000 shares, or 0.63122% of issued capital, at an average programme price of AED 1.130 a share. Shares remaining for purchase are listed as approximately up to 1,017,412,031.35 shares.

The general assembly approved the buyback on 13 April 2026. The programme, sized up to 5% of treasury shares, runs from 18 May 2026 through 12 April 2028. The disclosure was signed by Abdullah AlGhrawi, head of legal, GRC and board secretary.
