Fertiglobe Plc said its board approved by circulation at 6:00 p.m. on 29 September 2026 an interim cash dividend of USD 150 million (AED 551 million) for the first half of 2026, equal to 6.73 fils per share. The payout is 20% higher than the H1 2025 dividend of USD 125 million and matches the company’s guided minimum of USD 150 million for the period. Last entitlement is 7 October 2026, the ex-dividend date is 8 October, and the shareholders’ registry closes on 9 October, with payment due within 30 days of 29 September.

ABU DHABI — Fertiglobe Plc (ADX: FERTIGLB) said its board approved by circulation at 6:00 p.m. on 29 September 2026 an interim cash dividend of USD 150 million (AED 551 million) for the first half of 2026, equal to 6.73 fils per share.

The payout is 20% higher than the H1 2025 dividend of USD 125 million and aligns with the company’s guided minimum distribution of USD 150 million for the period, according to an Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange board-results filing and a company press release dated 30 September 2026. The company said the dividend implies an annualized yield of about 5%, based on the share price as of 29 September 2026.

Key dates are last entitlement on 7 October 2026, ex-dividend on 8 October 2026, and shareholders’ registry closing on 9 October 2026. Payment is due within 30 days of 29 September 2026, with remittance expected in October 2026 subject to the record date and market procedures.

Including the H1 2026 distribution, Fertiglobe said it will have returned more than USD 3 billion to shareholders since its 2021 IPO. CEO Ahmed El-Hoshy said: “The approval of our H1 2026 dividend reflects Fertiglobe’s resilient cash generation and disciplined capital allocation. Despite geopolitical developments and associated regional disruption, our geographically diversified platform and proactive logistics management enabled us to continue serving customers while preserving cash flow generation.”
