ABU DHABI — Space42 PLC (ADX: SPACE42) said it bought 487,157 of its shares on 30 September 2026 at a weighted average price of AED 2.2387 a share, for a total value of AED 1,090,619.40, according to a post share buyback disclosure filed with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

Cumulative purchases under the programme now stand at 31,964,198 shares, or 0.671% of issued shares, with 87,054,795 shares still intended to be purchased. The trade was executed through broker International Securities LLC.

The programme follows approval dated 8 April 2026 and ADX approval on 13 August 2026. The disclosure was signed by Andrew Cole, chief financial officer.
