Modon signs MoU with Q Mobility on parking and mobility

ADX-listed developer will explore integrated mobility and parking solutions across its communities, starting with an Abu Dhabi LIVEX signing on 1 October 2026.

Modon Holding PSC signed a memorandum of understanding with Abu Dhabi smart-mobility operator Q Mobility on 1 October 2026. The MoU, disclosed via ADX, covers exploring mobility services and parking management across Modon communities in the UAE and other markets where Modon operates.

Abu Dhabi — Modon Holding PSC said on 1 October 2026 it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Q Mobility, an Abu Dhabi-based smart mobility company that operates and manages public parking and road toll systems in the emirate, to explore mobility services and parking management across Modon’s communities and destinations.

The company disclosed the agreement through the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The MoU was signed at the Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX) in Abu Dhabi by Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, and Mohamed Husain Karmastaji, Chief Executive Officer of Q Mobility.

Under the agreement, the parties will explore mobility and parking solutions intended to improve service efficiency, traffic flow and access to facilities, drawing on Q Mobility’s expertise from early planning stages. Modon said the scope covers the UAE and other markets where it operates, invests or develops assets.

Group CEO Bill O’Regan said seamless mobility is essential to quality of life and that bringing a proven operator of Abu Dhabi’s mobility infrastructure into planning should help Modon destinations function more effectively. Q Mobility CEO Mohamed Karmastaji said the MoU supports developing mobility services that meet community needs. Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, said the collaboration lets Modon integrate parking and mobility expertise from the outset.
