Space42 PLC (ADX: SPACE42) bought 721,506 shares on 1 October 2026 at a weighted average of AED 2.2045 a share for AED 1,590,568.38, according to an ADX post share buyback disclosure. Cumulative programme purchases stand at 32,685,704 shares (0.686% of issued), with 86,333,289 shares still intended to be purchased, executed through International Securities LLC.

ABU DHABI — Space42 PLC (ADX: SPACE42) said it bought 721,506 of its shares on 1 October 2026 at a weighted average price of AED 2.2045 a share, for a total value of AED 1,590,568.38, according to a post share buyback disclosure filed with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

Cumulative purchases under the programme now stand at 32,685,704 shares, or 0.686% of issued shares, with 86,333,289 shares still intended to be purchased. Today’s purchase was 0.015% of issued shares. The trade was executed through broker International Securities LLC.

The programme follows approval dated 8 April 2026 and ADX approval on 13 August 2026. The disclosure was signed by Andrew Cole, chief financial officer.
