Talabat Holding PLC bought 2,000,000 of its own shares on 1 October 2026 at an average AED 1.103 under its DFM-disclosed treasury programme. Programme purchases now total 152,000,000 shares, or about 0.65269% of issued capital, at a programme-average AED 1.105.

Talabat Holding PLC (TALABAT) disclosed on the Dubai Financial Market that it purchased 2,000,000 of its own shares on 1 October 2026 under its ongoing treasury buyback programme.

The average purchase price was AED 1.103 per share. The DFM notice listed a highest price paid of AED 1.095 and a lowest of AED 1.110 on the day; Capital Wire is reporting those figures as filed.

Under the programme approved by the general assembly on 13 April 2026, Talabat may repurchase up to 5% of issued capital as treasury shares between 18 May 2026 and 12 April 2028. After the 1 October purchases, the company said it had bought 152,000,000 shares in total under the programme, or about 0.65269% of issued capital, at a programme-average price of AED 1.105 per share, with roughly up to 1,012,412,031 shares remaining available for purchase.
