Talabat Holding PLC bought back 3,000,000 shares on 30 September 2026 at an average price of AED 1.111 a share, according to a post share buyback announcement filed with Dubai Financial Market. The highest price that day was AED 1.115 and the lowest AED 1.110. Cumulative programme purchases stand at 150,000,000 shares, or 0.64410% of issued capital, at an average programme price of AED 1.114.

Talabat Holding PLC (TALABAT) said it bought back 3,000,000 shares on 30 September 2026 at an average purchase price of AED 1.111 a share, according to a DFM disclosure. The filing put the highest price paid that day at AED 1.115 and the lowest at AED 1.110. The disclosure was signed by Abdullah AlGhrawi, head of legal, GRC and board secretary.
