ABU DHABI — Alpha Dhabi Holding P.J.S.C (ADX: ALPHADHABI) said it bought 300,000 of its shares on 1 October 2026 at a weighted average price of AED 7.60 a share, for a total value of AED 2,278,527.17, according to a post share buyback disclosure filed with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
Cumulative purchases under the programme now stand at 13,346,635 shares for AED 101,972,967, leaving AED 898,027,033 of programme value remaining. The trade was executed through broker International Securities LLC.
The programme follows shareholder approval at the general assembly on 12 January 2026 and ADX approval on 3 March 2026. The disclosure was signed by Fadi Sleiman, group chief financial officer.
